Speaking of the Triathlon

Category: Uncategorized
I need to make 2 different playlists for the triathlon for my iPod. I need 20 minutes for the bike portion and 15 minutes for the run.
What are you suggestions for songs? They can be upbeat to very upbeat for the bike but I need more mellow stuff for the run so I don’t go too fast and have my heartrate get out of control.
Gracias in advance!

Biking Portion - Panic at the Disco; Hip-Hop 80’s/90’s (Salt-n-Pepa; Vanilla Ice [just for the beat alone];Janet Jackson; C&C Music Factory;En Vogue); Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now” [It used to run through my head during my 3 hour w/o's]; Beth Hart has some good gritty songs; I’ve been listening to a LOT of early Live stuff lately; Rush; (I’m just throwing things out there - I’m not positive what your tastes are so just hit me upside the head the next time you see me)
Running Portion - I’ve been listening to Yahoo a lot lately at work, Big Hits of the 80’s has really been working for me on the kind of mellow side b/c you already really know the songs and you almost don’t think about it but there are some that you REALLY like. Put the ones that get your heart rate up towards the end of the run so that it helps you along especially since that is the last leg and it might help you to just ‘kick’ that last 3 minutes with a good rockin’ song from growing up.
(Sorry my comment was longer than your post :-/ )
