I also vote for another 5K. The husband loves running that distance--though with his weird genetics a 5K is a warm-up (his dad was an Olympic-level marathoner and his sis is a wicked cyclist).

I'm saying all of this, of course, when I avoid running at all costs.  :)  But you go for it!</description>

		<description>Is the mini-tri in August the same as the one you did before where you try to do as much as you can in the allotted amount of time?  When is the next 5k?  You were aiming for 36:00 weren't you?  I say try another 5k if you really want to!!! Keep doing the swimming and the biking too - it will all only help!  Endurance, and toning other muscles!  Sounds like you had a really good time!!  Congrats!!!</description>
